Fall in Love With Yourself

This Valentine’s Day, you are invited to turn your attention inward — to your body, your boundaries, and your relationship with yourself.

This workshop offers a gentle and embodied space for women to explore self-love through movement, presence, and creative expression. Through dance and movement therapy, mindfulness, drawing, and relational exercises, we will work with bodily limits and sensations to deepen the awareness of what is mine and what belongs to others.

Many women give so much in relationships that they slowly lose connection with their own needs, impulses, and inner space. This workshop is an invitation to come back — to listen, to feel, and to reconnect with yourself from within.

The workshop is facilitated by Gabi Baska, a psychotherapist working with body-based and expressive approaches.

No previous dance experience is needed.
This space is open to all women and all bodies.

• Duration: approx. 2 hours
• Group size: small group (4–10 participants)
• Price: 20 €
• Reservation: 5 € via Bizum to reserve your spot
• Arrival: please arrive 10-5 minutes before the start
• Participants arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be admitted, in order to keep the space safe and contained.

The workshop will take place once the group is formed.
If the group is not formed, the reservation fee will be fully refunded.
If you reserve a spot and cannot attend, the reservation fee is non-refundable.
