Beautiful ladies!!! We all struggle day to day with many obstacles in our lives whether it’s being a single parent to our children, work, stress, depression, mental illness, self love, childhood and past trauma, family issues, etc. Now is the time to focus on YOU, love on YOU, Pray for a better life for YOU! I want us all to come together and have a ladies day spending our time meditating, speaking positive affirmations, having grown woman talks amongst other things. There will be vision boards made, painting canvases, letting go plates, blessing jars, and other fun activities. There will be food and drinks provided as well as supplies but you are more than welcome to bring your own things! I would love everyone to dress in fall colors but you’re more than welcome to wear the color of your choosing. Hope to see you all there and ready to love on yourself a bit more🩷🩷🩷🫶🏾
