If you happen to be in town during Veterans Day weekend, former Mayor Lily Mei and I with the support of San Francisco Bay University and Kimco, are hosting a "Fall In Love With Fremont" festival on Sunday, November 9th from 12pm to 4pm located in the courtyard of the Fremont Hub. Look for signs leading to the event. We will have performances by Shaolin Dragon Kung Fu, Music for Minors II, School of Rock, Dream Achievers, fashion show by Vama Fashions and a surprise hip-hop dancer who performed with Kenrick Lamar at the halftime show at the Superbowl. We will have a number of vendors showcasing their products and services including a photo booth and cars from BMW of Fremont. Students from San Francisco Bay University in Fremont will be displaying their class projects. The festival is free to the public. Follow the signs or the live music heard in the courtyard to find the festival. If you are interested in displaying as a vendor, let me know. There is no booth fee. Another free community event by former Mayor Lily Mei and yours truly.
