For military homeschooling families, our School Liaison is offering fun activities throughout Fall to not only engage students, but to help them learn various subjects through hands-on and interactivity!

Homeschooling Activities:

Youth Yoga Class with Fitness Center Orientation
When: September 17th 0930 to 1100
Where: NASWI Fitness Center
What: Join us for a tour of the gym, a youth yoga class led by a fitness instructor and a youth orientation to support future gym usage for independent physical education engagement.
Educational Board Games Day
When: October 15th 1000 to 1200
Where: Navy Youth Center
What: Come play educational board games with others. Have fun while learning about educational concepts like mathematics, art, strategy and cooperative play.
3D Art Maker Space
When: November 19th 1000 to 1200
Where: Navy Youth Center
What: Engage your imagination while using a variety of art materials to create anything your heart desires. Open-ended materials provide a wonderful opportunity to think outside of the box and cultivate problem solving and critical thinking skills.
