The Frontier Culture Museum of Virginia in Staunton will host Fall Homeschool Days on September 9, 10, and 11, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day.
Activities include carding wool, writing with a quill pen, participating in an 1840 schoolhouse lesson, and learning an 18th-century dance as part of an immersive living history experience.
New this year: The Virginia 250 Mobile Museum will also be on site during Homeschool Days, and admission to the Mobile Museum is free.
Special Homeschool Day admission rates are available, and the event is included with the Frontier Culture Museum's Annual Pass.
