Together we will mindfully explore the Tulpehocken Creek Loop at Blue Marsh Lake. This is a great way to unplug for a few hours and enjoy the fall season immersed in nature. Event includes: pre-hike stretch, guided hike with a Blue Marsh ranger, and a gentle yoga class with full body relaxation at the end. This 3-mile loop is rated "moderate". Sturdy walking shoes are required. Please bring your own mat or towel.Meeting point is at the Visitor Center, 1268 Palisades Drive, Leesport PA
