Fall Herbal Workshop- Immune Support

This workshop will focus on immune-supporting herbs and their allies. It will begin with a herb talk, accompanied by a handout, followed by the opportunity to craft your own custom loose-leaf teas. We will then proceed to make a spicy, traditional herbal remedy called Fire Cider.

Coffee and Tea will be provided

Bring a notebook if you wish and dress for a cozy afternoon.

Anyone is welcome to attend, beginners and herb nerds alike.
