The Cape Girardeau Parks & Recreation Department hosts three community garage sales a year at the Osage Centre with 70+ booths! The 2025 Fall Garage Sale will be held from 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. with a $2 admission cost for shoppers.
Booth space can be reserved by attending the booth lottery drawing date on October 8, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Osage Centre. Attendance to a lottery drawing does not guarantee booth space, and only one booth per household is allowed. Booth space is $25 per booth.
