Fall Funtastic and Dia de los Muertos Celebration

Celebrate the magic of autumn with the Beverly Hills Farmers' Market Fall Funtastic and Dia de los Muertos Celebration . Bring the family for a morning of outdoor fun, creative pumpkin artistry, live performances, and community arts activities. The event is free and open to the public.

What’s Happening:

• Enter the Pumpkin Carving/Decorating Contest – show off your creative pumpkins. To register, view beverlyhills.org/csevents. Create your pumpkin at home and bring it to the Beverly Hills Farmers’ Market by 9:00 a.m. on October 26, for display and judging by market attendees. Winners will be announced at 11:45 a.m. First, second and third place prizes will be awarded in two categories: youth and adult.

• Halloween Costume Parade – Dress in your favorite costume and parade with community members on stage!
• Dia de los Muertos Activities – Mini Altar-Making with Self-Help Graphics, face painting by Shanah Designs, and Spooky Storytime hosted by the Beverly Hills Public Library.
• Entertainment – Mariachi and Dance performances by Cortines High School and Danza Azteca performance in traditional costume.
• Arts & Crafts – Hand-on artmaking with the City of Beverly Hills Community Services recreation staff.
• · Shop fresh produce and specialty items from local vendors.
• Visit the petting zoo and meet the friendly animals.

This free event is presented by the City of Beverly Hills Community Services Department, with community partner, the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts.
