We take the experience seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. Welcome to Here We Are. Our inaugural winter crew set a massive benchmark on the mountain. The environment was dialed in, and the men who showed up made it what it was. No networking pitches, no posturing. Just a group of driven guys trading the isolation of the daily grind for real conversations, shared laughs, and a weekend of dropping the professional armor. It’s really just guys being dudes.
Now, we’re trading the snow for the Androscoggin River.
Applications are officially open for our Fall Retreat: September 17-20 in Bethel, ME.
We are taking over a riverside home for four days of kayaking, fly fishing, and remembering how to just play. We balance those high-energy days outside with structured, journaling workshops. Just a coffee, a blank page, and a few tactical frameworks to lower your baseline strain, clear the static, and figure out what actually matters. You can't optimize your output if your recovery is compromised.
The workshops challenge your operating system, but the real integration happens over good food, cold drinks, and family-style meals. No one cares about your job title when you're manning the grill.
