Learn about mindfulness and the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku this fall with a guided hike! The practice of forest bathing has been used since the 1980s in Japan and has been shown to improve health and wellbeing.
Join a Beaver Creek Naturalist on a leisurely hike focused on creating meaningful connections with the natural world. On this hike participants will use all five senses to immerse themselves in nature.
All ages welcome
Cost: BCR Members $5, Non-members $10
