About this Event

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

Join us for a cozy, creative candle-making workshop inspired by the colors and charm of Thanksgiving. You’ll make your own three-wick candle in a matte mocha vessel, choosing from a selection of fall-inspired fragrances and decorating it with seasonal details to make it your own.

What to Expect

Choose Your Scent
Explore a selection of fall fragrances, from pumpkin spice and crisp apple to vanilla, cinnamon, cedarwood, and amber. Pick your favorite scent to give your candle that cozy autumn feel.

Make Your Candle
Learn the basics of candle making as you place your wicks, blend your fragrance, and pour your wax into a matte mocha vessel. No experience is needed!

Create a Seasonal Bookmark
While your candle sets, take a creative break and decorate a bookmark with stickers, illustrations, and your own personal touches.

Decorate for Thanksgiving
Finish your candle with a selection of decorative wax flowers, dried florals, colorful leaves, miniature pumpkins, turkeys, and other festive accents. Keep it floral or make it Thanksgiving festive! It's up to you. Arrange your decorations to create a one-of-a-kind piece that’s perfect for the season.

Take Home Your Creation
Leave with a handmade, approximately 15-ounce candle that makes a beautiful Thanksgiving centerpiece or a thoughtful holiday gift.

All materials are provided, so just come ready to get creative and enjoy a little time to yourself!

ABOUT OUR INSTRUCTOR:

Olga Kardonova is an artist and maker who creates unique concrete candles and home décor. She transforms simple materials like cement and wax into beautiful, functional art-often painting her vessels by hand to add a personal, artistic touch.

Her work blends creativity with craftsmanship, bringing warmth and personality into everyday spaces. She finds joy in both sculpting and painting, using each piece as a way to express herself and share beauty with others. For her, art is about storytelling, self-expression, and making the world a little more inspiring-one handmade piece at a time.
