Join Laura for a 90 minute Fall Floating Restorative Yoga class to celebrate the changing of the seasons on Saturday, September 20th at 5:00PM. For this class the aerial hammock is lower to the ground with access to the floor for support as well as all of the traditional props of restorative yoga- the addition of the hammock allows students to experience the weightlessness of aerial yoga. You must be 15 years old or older to participate.
Space is limited and pre-registration is required.
