Fall Festival/Project Presentations

🍂PUMPKIN BOOK CHARACTER EVENT UPDATE! 🍂
We have some exciting changes to our Pumpkin Book Character Event! Since we’re moving the event date, we’re also moving the location so we can make this celebration bigger, more fun, and extra special for our students! 🎉
📅 NEW EVENT DATE: November 18, 2026
⏰ 9:30 AM
📍 NEW LOCATION: Heartland Christian Academy (HCA)
We’ll have more room for fall games, photo opportunities, student pumpkin presentations, and lots of fun as we celebrate together! 🍁🎃📚
Because the event date has changed, the pumpkin order/payment deadline has also been moved to October 27, 2026. This gives us time to order the foam pumpkins and have them ready for families to pick up before the event.
🎃 $25 per participating child includes ONE foam pumpkin.
Once the pumpkins arrive, I’ll let families know when they’re ready for pickup. Students can then create their book character pumpkins at home and bring their masterpieces to HCA on November 18th to present!
Thank you for being flexible with us! We’re so excited to make this event bigger and even more fun for our homeschool students! 🧡🍂📖🎃

BOOK CHARACTER PUMPKIN PROJECT
**Your $25 registration includes ONE foam pumpkin per child!** (this is an approved step up direct pay)
📚 **Read • Create • Present**
Students will choose their own book, read it, and then transform their foam pumpkin into their favorite book character. Once the pumpkins arrive, parents will be notified when they are ready for pickup so students can create their masterpieces at home.
💰 **PAYMENT DEADLINE: OCTOBER 27, 2026**
Payment must be received by October 27 so we can order the foam pumpkins and have them ready in time so kids have enough time to create.
🎃 **PUMPKIN PICKUP:**
Parents will be notified when pumpkins arrive and are ready to be picked up. Work on your pumpkins at home as a family and get ready for presentation day 🎉
🍁 **PRESENTATION DAY: November 18, 2026 @ 9:30 AM**
Bring your completed pumpkin character to our: Fall Event at HCA and children have the choice to dress up to complete any looks of the pumpkin character! (Not mandatory just extra fun for them)
We can't wait to see what they create!📖
