Celebrate the changing of the seasons with an afternoon of movement, creativity, and connection at Three Barn Acres. We'll begin outdoors with a gentle, all-levels Fall Equinox yoga flow led by Staci Lamp, taking time to ground, reflect, and welcome the new season. After yoga, we'll gather in the studio to hand-build a ceramic botanical bowl, using leaves, flowers, and natural textures to create a beautiful keepsake inspired by autumn.
