3PM Join Candace for the Ultimate Sculpt and Restore Spa Hot Yoga retreat - featuring Core and Back strengthening, and ending in Restorative Yoga and all the spa yoga assists 🥰🥰🥰
6PM Veronika Travels to Aberdeen from Sioux Falls with her Crystal Bowls and Tibetan Bowls for a Healing and Nourishing Sound Bath and Meditation 🍵🍵
