As the sun crosses the celestial equator, we’re gifted a moment of perfect balance—equal day and night, light and dark. The Fall Equinox is a powerful time to pause, reflect, and realign.
Join me for a special 75-minute yoga class designed to help you ground, restore, and transition gracefully into the autumn season. This experience will weave together gentle flow, standing poses to build stability, deeply relaxing yin/restorative postures, and a closing meditation to support inner balance and release.
You’ll leave feeling rooted, centered, and ready to embrace the months ahead with clarity and intention.
