Join Laura Gotlin and Nisha Holmes on the Fall Equinox, the first day of Fall, and the day of even hours of daylight and darkness. Our focus is to help support you through this seasonal transition with Ayurveda and Yoga.

We're very excited to be partnering with SWFL PRODUCE who will be providing fresh fruit and veggies to snack on throughout the retreat!
*All attendees will receive a retreat giftbag!
*Price includes an Ayurvedic dinner, tea and snacks.
*Please bring a mat, towel or blanket, pen & paper, water, bathing suit and anything else that will make you comfortable .

Stay after the retreat ends to swim, gather around the firepits and meet new people until 10pm.
*Early Bird $75- valid until September 1st
*Price increases to $100
