Join us as we celebrate this moment of equilibrium as day and night are equal. This is a time to find balance and take some time to slow down. As we begin to turn inward, let us rest and reflect on what our body, heart and spirit is telling us. The healing frequencies of three Paste gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum, shamanic drums, rain stick and a Rav Vast tongue drum will wash over you for this special event.
Please bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillows and any other comfort items you may need.
