Fall Equinox Sound Bath

Join Mary Frances Spencer the night before Fall Equinox for a relaxing meditation and an hour Sound Bath with Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowls! We will celebrate Fall, a cooler season as the days get shorter and the leaves begin to fall! Let us take a moment to welcome Autumn, to pause and reflect, grounding ourselves and noticing as the days begin to grow shorter and the nights longer.

We will have a short meditation, setting our intentions for Fall 2025, moving into this shift preparing for Halloween, and the holidays leading to Winter . We will have some breath-work to ground ourselves, and then lie down on mat/blankets/pillows, and enjoy an hour Sound Bath of Singing Bowls. Other Sound Instruments may chime in as well!!!

Bring paper and pen for your intentions, and a Yoga mat/blanket/pillow to lie down on for the Tonal Concert.

Enjoy the vibration of harmonic frequencies that will soothe the soul and release stress and tension
