❋ WHAT:
At our Fall Equinox Ritual, we will embark on a transformative journey of Self Alchemy.
Through guided practices of Kundalini Yoga, Mantra Meditation, Breathwork, Sound Healing, and Ecstatic Movement, we will awaken our life force energy and nurture our well-being.
This Harvest season is a chance to express gratitude for our blessings and release what no longer serves us, moving forward in reflection and anticipation of good times ahead.
Class is open to everyone and newbies. Since 2008, we offer inviting & healing spaces for the community.
❋ PLEASE PLAN FOR EXTRA TIME: travel to the beachside, park, check-in, 90-minute class, and time to enjoy the ocean.

❋ WHAT TO BRING: Large beach towel, or blanket for wider coverage over sand. A Yoga mat is NOT needed but can be placed beneath a blanket for more stability if you have one.
Water to drink, and/ or picnic if you're staying after class.You will sweat! Bring a layer if you get chilly for meditation. Something to protect your items if we get a sprinkle of rain, or from the ocean mist.
We will have AMBER lighting on the beach during the event, but if you're planning to stay afterward to picnic, byo light. (It is turtle nesting season. NO white lights on the beach ) NO BATHROOMS ON THE BEACH ( across at shops & hotels )
❋ LOCATION: EASY & CENTRALLY LOCATED - Between: NE 9th street / Lifeguard Stand #13 & Vistamar St / Lifeguard Stand #12. ( closer to Vistamar st )
This is a wide open - quiet area - with no crowded beach chairs and plenty of metered parking if your driving! Down the block from all major hotels and resorts. Across the street are small food shops, bars, and convenience stores.

❋ PARKING OPTIONS :
Plenty of hourly metered parking on Vistamar St, Ne 9th St, and the surrounding area.
There are also parking lots, hotel valet parking, and free parking options as well.

❋ WEATHER: delays or cancellations, are announced 60+ minutes b4 event time to all ticket holders and on our alerts tab. We watch the by-the-hour forecasts and radar for our location. *HIGHLY SUGGESTED* check website home page weather alerts tab B4 coming to event at: www.BeachYogaFit.com
*keep in mind, Florida rain usually passes quickly and/ or rain does not come to our event location. A light rain or healing sea mist can happen during class, so bring a water-resistant cover-up.
