Join us for a special class designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and find balance as we welcome the changing energy of autumn. This nurturing experience blends the deeply restful practice of Restorative Yoga with the gentle, healing touch of Reiki to support your body, mind, and spirit.✨ What to Expect:
You’ll be guided through a series of fully supported poses using props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks. These long-held, gentle postures are designed to encourage complete relaxation and allow your nervous system to shift into a state of deep rest.
As you relax into each pose, our certified Reiki practitioner will offer light touch or hands-off energy healing to help promote emotional balance, energetic alignment, and an overall sense of well-being.
Inspired by the Fall Equinox, this class will incorporate grounding breathwork and a brief seasonal meditation to help you release what no longer serves you and invite in inner balance.
