FALL EQUINOX REIKI + RESTORATIVE YOGA WITH SOUND BATH

Location: Serena space - 1281 Hornby St Unit 310, Vancouver

Join Nomo and Farhad as they welcome you into a nurturing space and offer gentle, therapeutic, restorative yoga poses. As you lay supported, each participant will receive both hands-off and hands-on reiki for balance and deep relaxation.

Crystal sound healing bowls will also be used during the session, which ends with a soothing symphonic gong bath journey.

Everyone is welcome to join for this beautiful fall equinox healing offering.

Props to bring along: yoga mat, 1-2 bolsters, 1 pillow, eye pillow, blanket, block.
