Join us for a nourishing afternoon to honor the Fall Equinox—a time of balance between light and dark, and a sacred invitation to slow down, reflect, and realign. Through guided practices, we’ll embrace the shift in seasons and plant seeds of intention for the months ahead. This practice will include grounding yoga and meditation, reflective journaling, and a seasonal ritual to release what no longer serves you while welcoming clarity and renewal. You’ll also enjoy time in community, connecting with others who are seeking presence and harmony during this transitional time of year.
