🍂 Join us in sacred space to welcome the Fall Equinox — a time of balance, reflection, and letting go. Through guided meditation, Reiki energy healing, and fall-inspired sadhana, we’ll align mind, body, and spirit with the shifting season.
✨ This grounding practice will support you in:
• Tapping into the energies of Autumn
• Cultivating inner stillness and awareness
• Releasing what no longer serves
• Restoring energetic harmony through Reiki
• Deepening connection with Self and nature

• Something to lie on (mat, blanket, etc.)
• Anything to support your comfort (pillow, eye cover, etc.)
• A journal
• An open heart and mind
