Join our Fall Equinox Gong Puja for an overnight experience of deep relaxation, meditation, and renewal. Reflect on the year's growth, express gratitude for the abundance in your life, and prepare for the introspective season ahead.

A Gong Bath is an acoustic sound journey that relaxes the body, clears the subconscious, and calms the mind, guiding you into a deep meditative state and activating your body's natural ability to self-heal.

A GONG PUJA is equivalent to 10 Gong Baths!

Saturday 21st: GONG PUJA - We'll meet at 9:30pm at the center and while you relax and sleep like never before, absorbing the sound healing vibrations of the gongs, we will be playing 8 gongs uninterrupted for 7.5 hours. All you need to do is bring a pillow and a blanket, and anything else you might need to get comfortable, relax, and sleep while receiving the sound healing vibrations of the gongs.

Sunday 22nd: GONG PUJA - Will be followed by a light Vegan Breakfast and Yogi Tea will be provided following the practice.
