Step into the new season with intention. Join instructor Dawn for a 90-minute Gentle Stretch Yoga class designed to honor the Fall Equinox.
This special session will focus on mindful movement and breathing as we transition into fall. If you're new to yoga or simply seeking a slower, more grounded experience, this class offers a welcoming space to reset.
