About this Event
Gather with me for a warm, candlelit Fall Equinox Community Sound Bath at Safe Haven Massage & Wellness Center in Springville, Utah.
As summer gives way to autumn, we’ll spend an hour together in the liminal space between seasons, slowing down long enough to notice what is shifting, what is ready to settle, and what we want to carry with us into the months ahead.
We’ll begin with a brief reflection on the Fall Equinox and a guided meditation created specifically for this gathering. From there, you’ll be invited to rest into an immersive sound journey woven with crystal singing bowls, drums, and other instruments.
Expect a cozy fall atmosphere, blankets, music, and space simply to be.
This gathering is designed as an opportunity for deep rest, reflection, nervous system regulation, and reconnection as we honor the turning of the season together.
No previous experience with sound baths or meditation is needed.
Come comfortable, bring a yoga mat and anything that helps you rest easily, and settle in for an evening of sound.
Pillows and blankets will be provided

As a certified Creatrix, Amber holds deeply sacred space for women's circles, honoring the divine feminine and creating containers for personal transformation. Her certification as a cacao ceremony facilitator allows her to blend ancient plant wisdom with sound healing, creating multi-dimensional experiences for the soul.
Amber's work is guided by her passion for the moon, her deep love of music as medicine, and her unwavering commitment to helping others reclaim their innate freedom. She believes that true liberation comes through cultivating intimate connection - to the natural world, to our bodies' wisdom, to the clarity of mind, and to the boundless spirit within.
