π Fall Equinox Sweet Surrender Cacao CeremonySunday, September 22 | 7β9 PM | Land Titles Building, Yorkton
.
Just as Mother Nature shifts her rhythm, we too are invited to adjust and realign. Autumn teaches us the art of surrender β the gentle release of what has run its course and the spaciousness that follows when we let go.
.
Nature blooms fully in summer, then gradually slows, turning inward as leaves fall and energy returns to the roots. In this cycle we see ourselves mirrored: times of growth, times of fullness, and times of release. Yet in our busy, structured lives, we rarely allow ourselves to move with these rhythms. (No judgment β I fall into this too!)
.
π The Wisdom of the Equinox
The Fall Equinox marks a moment of perfect balance β equal day and night, light and dark. Nature reminds us that just as the seasons shift, so too do we. This sacred turning of the wheel invites us to pause, reflect, and release what is ready to be let go, so we may step forward with clarity and renewed purpose.
Mother Earth shows us how to surrender with grace: the trees release their leaves, the harvest is gathered, and energy begins its inward turn. When we honour these cycles, we find a deeper connection to our own rhythms.
.
πΏ Sweet Surrender
In this ceremony, we gather with the ancient plant medicine of ceremonial cacao to soften the heart and guide us inward. Through meditation, gentle breath, music, and heart sharing, weβll create space to release what we no longer need and welcome the gifts of balance, renewal, and inspiration.
This is your opportunity to let go of stress and busyness, to reconnect with yourself, and to honour the season of harvest and release.
