Fall Equinox Cacao Ceremony

As the light and dark meet in perfect balance on the Fall Equinox, we are invited into a sacred threshold — a moment suspended in time between the vibrancy of summer and the stillness of winter. It is a season of release, of gratitude, of turning inward.

Join us for an intimate, heart-centered cacao ceremony to honor this sacred seasonal shift. Together, we will gather in ritual and remembrance, anchoring into the rhythms of the earth and the wisdom of our own bodies.

This is more than a ceremony — it is a portal. A space to reflect on what we’ve harvested, release what no longer serves, and root into abundance even as the world invites us to slow down.

Ceremonial cacao sip + blessingHonoring cacao as a heart medicine, we’ll share a guided blessing and open our hearts in connection with ourselves, each other, and the season.

Earth altar activationBring a personal offering (flower, stone, handwritten note, crystal, herb, etc.) to contribute to our collective altar — a living prayer of gratitude and intention.

Guided movement + meditationMove gently, ground fully, and come home to your breath through somatic practice and stillness.

Journaling prompts + personal reflectionLet the season speak to you through words and silence. Receive prompts to explore what’s been harvested and what you're ready to release.

Open-hearted discussion circleIn community, we witness each other. You’ll be invited to share (if you feel called) in a safe, held space.

• A yoga mat or blanket to sit on
• A meditation cushion or pillow
• A water bottle
• A small offering for the earth altar (optional but encouraged)

• Ceremony will take place at a private home in Sebastopol, CA. The exact address will be shared upon registration.
• Doors open at 4:30 PM and the ceremony begins at 5:00 PM sharp — please arrive on time to honor the opening of the space.
• Ceremony will conclude by 7:00 PM, with time afterward for grounding, light connection, and tea.
