About this Event

Join us at Silhouette Island Sanctuary for a restorative Fall Equinox experience designed to help you pause, reflect, and welcome the new season with greater balance and clarity.

The Fall Equinox marks a moment of balance between light and darkness. It offers a natural opportunity to acknowledge what the current season has brought into your life, release what you are ready to leave behind, and create space for what you are ready to welcome.

We will begin with a welcome and introduction to the SiS Foundation, followed by a brief teaching on the meaning of the Fall Equinox. A cacao ceremony, guided reflection, journaling, and meditation will invite you to connect with where you are and set an intention for the season ahead.

You will then be guided into an immersive sound bath, allowing time for deep rest, renewal, and integration. The experience will close with a gentle opportunity to reconnect and carry your intentions forward.

This experience is open to everyone. Chair seating and space for guests who prefer to rest on a mat will be available.
