Fall Equinox: A Cathedral Sound Bath Experience
About this Event
An Equinox Immersion for Balance, Resonance & Renewal
Two gatherings. One cathedral. A day of deep listening.
Join Harmony Works Dream Team of practitioners beneath the soaring ceilings of Baltimore’s recently reopened historic “Green Cathedral” of Mt Vernon for an immersive gathering of crystal singing bowls, gongs, voice, chimes, light, and spacious silence.
Historic cathedral acoustics allow the sound to move differently here—rising, circling, and returning through the room. You are invited to lie down or take a seat, let the day fall away, and listen with your whole body.
No experience is needed. Nothing to perform. Nothing to achieve.
Simply arrive, settle in, and receive.
The experience includes
✦ 25 crystal singing bowls
✦ Five+ immersive gongs
✦ Live voice and harmonic layering
✦ Chimes, ambient light, and sacred atmosphere
✦ The natural resonance of a historic cathedral
✦ Harmony Works’ Best of Baltimore 2025 sound-healing experience
This is part meditation, part live sonic ceremony, and part sacred pause.
Come for restoration, reflection, spiritual connection, creative renewal—or simply to experience what becomes possible when gorgeous sound waves and your own sovereign self are given a room large enough to breathe on a mid point of the year.

☀️ The Matinee · 1:30 PM
Solar Restoration
A quiet, uninterrupted instrumental immersion created for stillness, inward listening, and deep rest.
As daylight fills the cathedral, crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and harmonic overtones move slowly through the sanctuary. This gathering is spacious and contemplative, with no expectation beyond becoming comfortable and listening.
Especially suited for those seeking:
✦ Deep relaxation
✦ Meditation and reflection
✦ Relief from overstimulation
✦ Emotional spaciousness
✦ A quiet seasonal reset
Grounded. Expansive. Meditative. Restorative.
🌙 The Evening · 7:00 PM
The Collective Broadcast
An immersive evening of voice, resonance, and shared intention.
The gathering opens with live vocalization from the Harmony Works team, followed by a large-scale sound bath carried through the cathedral’s remarkable acoustics.
The evening has more movement and collective energy than the matinee, while still leaving space for silence, rest, and inward listening.
Especially suited for those seeking:
✦ Emotional opening
✦ Spiritual reflection
✦ Creative inspiration
✦ Shared resonance
✦ A powerful live experience
✦ A collective offering of peace
Electric. Beautiful. Expansive. Unifying.

About Harmony Works
Harmony Works is a Baltimore-based nonprofit creating accessible experiences of sound, voice, rest, and restoration.
We believe there are times when words are not enough—and that gathering to listen can help us remember something essential: how to slow down, how to be present, find gnosis, and how to feel less separate from ourselves and one another.
Inside this historic cathedral, we gather for personal restoration and for something larger: a shared time of beauty, receptivity, attention, and peace.
Claim your place inside the sound.
Come listen. Come rest. Become part of the broadcast of peace.
