Virtual Mindful Finger Painting

Spend a relaxed Sunday evening painting with your hands and exploring color in a simple, creative way. This monthly virtual session is a space to slow down, experiment with color, and create freely from home.

There are no brushes and no pressure to make something perfect. We’ll use music and a few gentle prompts to help guide the process, but most of the time is simply for exploring and letting your creativity move.

This space is open to anyone — whether you paint often or have never tried finger painting before.
