For the Fall Equinox we practice 108 Sun Salutations, a long-held tradition that is practiced by many to celebrate the change of the seasons. During an equinox, the day and night are equal lengths. The Fall Equinox, also called the Autumnal Equinox, offers a time to go within and ground before the onset of winter.
What to expect:
•warm up beginning meditation/intentions •9 rounds of 12 with options for modifications & breaks between rounds •cool down meditation at the end.
Not sure you can do all of them? No worries just do what you can.
