Tired, achy, and putting on a few pounds? Three key hormones are behind all of it for everyone. Way more than monthly cycles and menopause, hormones regulate blood sugar, inflammation, and the health of every organ in your body. Balance your hormones and everything feels better! Join us for a donation based Saturday afternoon workshop of Eden Energy Medicine and yoga and learn some simple techniques for easy hormone balancing.
Please remember to bring your yoga mat and a notebook if you'd like to take notes.
Taught by two of your favorite holistic teachers:
Michelle Earnest and Cathy Mook.
Michelle is an Eden Energy Medicine Certified Advanced Practitioner and Holistic Nurse Practitioner. As a member of Donna Eden's faculty and the former Director of her Certification Program, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her fun, experiential energy medicine classes.
Cathy Mook is a regular yoga instructor at Joyful Yoga and a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, a certified Yoga Tune Up® Teacher and trained in Buff Bones®, Yoga for Osteoporosis. She has studied extensively with Jill Miller, creates of Yoga Tune Up and Peggy Cappy of Yoga for the Rest of Us, focusing on yoga modifications using a chair.
This is a donation-based event. All donations will go to Bridges Domestic & Sexual Violence Support in Nashua NH.
Donations are non-refundable in the event of non-attendance.
