Be part of Spearfish trail history! We’re kicking off construction of the brand-new Sandstone Connector Trail, and we need your help to bring it to life.Join the Spearfish Trails Coalition for a Volunteer Dig Day where we’ll be shaping tread, building berms, and laying the foundation for this exciting new connection. No trail-building experience is necessary—our crew leaders will provide tools, instruction, and guidance.
What to Bring: Closed-toe shoes, work gloves, water, and snacks.
• We Provide: Tools, training, and good vibes.
This project is made possible through the support of the AARP Community Challenge Grant and our partnership with the City of Spearfish.
Come lend a hand, meet fellow trail lovers, and help create the newest addition to our growing trail system. Together, we’ll make the Sandstone Connector a reality!
