Fall Community Planting at Downsview Park

Join us for a rewarding day at the picturesque Downsview Park, where you can have a positive impact on the health and beauty of an incredible local green space. Immerse yourself in nature as we work together to plant shrubs and trees.

Here's more information you'll need to know:

• Meet your event leader by the map of Downsview park located on the path at 70 Canuck Ave Toronto, ON M3K 2C5

• Please arrive on time and prepared for a morning spent outdoors
• Wear close-toed shoes, long pants, and dress appropriately for the weather
• All equipment will be provided, however participants are encouraged to bring their own gardening gloves to ensure proper fit
• More details will be shared with registrants closer to the date of the event

• Includes intermediate concepts
• Content intended for older youth and adults

Cancellation policy: The event will run rain or shine, but will be canceled if there is a greater than 70% chance of thunderstorm or other hazardous weather. Registrants will be emailed by 10:00am on the morning of the event if there is a cancellation.
