Join Johnson County Residents United for fall community meetings to connect with fellow residents, learn about current issues JCRU is working on, and opportunities to join forces with your neighbors to improve your park, know your rights, and hold owners accountable.
Open to ALL manufactured home residents in Johnson County — choose the date and location that works best for you:
6:00 PM – Tuesday, September 9th at the Environmental Education Center (East Side Recycling Center): 2401 Scott Blvd. SE, Iowa City

2:00 PM – Sunday, September 14th at the Iowa State Extension Office (near the Fairgrounds): 3109 Old Hwy 218 S, Iowa City
Johnson County Residents United (JCRU) is a resident-led group of neighbors from Johnson County, Iowa manufactured home communities working in solidarity to ensure fair and respectful treatment from park owners and management. JCRU believes in the power of collective action to create positive, lasting change because everyone has a right to live with dignity in an affordable, safe, and healthy place. We are affiliated with the Iowa Manufactured Home Residents Network and supported by the Johnson County Affordable Housing Coalition and the Center for Worker Justice of Eastern Iowa.
