Come be a part of our fall season Clothing & Accessories Swap party event. We are calling it “Create, Sip, swap and gather party”!!
This event is free to the public making it a community event where you can swap or sell to the community gently worn and used clothing & accessories only.
For those who want to participate in setting up for this event must reserve your spot by clicking the ticket link as space is limited and everyone will be accounted for to have a space once your ticket is purchased.
This ticket is to secure your spot to set up a table and to assure that you will not be a no show.
Anyone is welcome to sign up. Please keep in mind we will close our parking lot during this event and space is limited. Set up is outdoors and once we are at capacity the link will close out.
We will have your name on a list for check in to assure everyone who registered has a spot.
No ticket confirming your registration means you cannot set up. NO exceptions.
Anyone who sells and doesn’t swap will be responsible for your forms of payment. We are not responsible for your belongings and nothing can be left behind as we are not a drop zone.
Two requirements: tables must be set up neat and appealing. We encourage you to have fun setting up, bring props to make it look creative.
We want to keep this as a fun Swap Party event that doesn’t look like a yard sale.
We have spots in the front of our cottage and walking through to the back of the cottage. Those who go all out making their tables look like a mini pop up store will have the front spots. Getting creative is what shows you want to have fun and are ready to bring that energy to the community.
Event starts & ends: Sunday October 5th 12-4pm SHARP
RAIN DATE: Sunday October 12th 12-4pm SHARP
No Show or choosing not to participate for any reason after signing up there will be no refunds as your secured spot could have been open to someone else who wanted to participate but couldn’t due to event being full.
Set up starts TWO hours prior to event at 10am. You must be set up by no later than 12 start time. Our Parking lot will be CLOSED.
You may pull up on shoulder to unload but must quickly move your car to surrounding open parking. There is public parking on the street behind the library which is your best bet for parking while attending this event.
We will also have a decoupaging workshop going on in the back of the cottage $5 pp kids and adults welcome. We will have Divine Designs by Luca doing Tinsel hair, Complimentary Fall Wine Spritzer & mocktails with a special fall pitta & salsa appetizer.
Music at the cottage filling the air with beautiful melody!
This is going to be a fun filled event that is about bringing community together while sharing and connecting!!
