The Fall Strength & Conditioning Challenge is almost here and we want to make sure you are ready to go from the moment you walk in the doors on day one!💪😎 Join us on Saturday, September 6th, at your convenience during our orientation hours, where you can:
🔹 Pick up your packet
🔹 Meet the team
🔹 Tour the gym
🔹 Complete your waiver
🔹 Take baseline measurements
🔹 Ask any questions!
You can be in and out in 15 minutes - or linger and chat! It is totally up to you, but definitely worth it to ensure that your first day at camp is as seamless as possible. There will be a lot of faces starting together on September 8th, so this is your chance to get a head start - and you might even make a new friend/workout buddy! 😁 We can't wait to meet you!
