As the season changes, we're invited to slow down and take stock.

What do you want to carry with you into the season ahead?

During this intimate fall ritual, you'll create your own intention candle using herbs, ritual oils, and other meaningful elements.

You'll choose a personal truth you're ready to honor and build your candle around that intention.

Once your candles are complete, we'll move into a guided meditation and immersive sound bath, giving you space to settle in and connect with what you've chosen.

You'll also receive a piece of black tourmaline to take home with your candle as a reminder of grounding, protection, and staying connected to yourself.

No experience with ritual, meditation, or sound healing is necessary.
