✨ Arizona's next generation of chefs take center stage at the 2026 Harvest Moon Feast! Join us on Friday, October 23 at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa, in partnership with Les Dames d'Escoffier International, Arizona Chapter, (Les Dames d'Escoffier Arizona).
Celebrate Arizona's vibrant culinary community while supporting the next generation of food and hospitality leaders. Guests will enjoy walk-around tastings prepared by C•CAP students, vote for their favorite creations, experience live music, and bid on exceptional silent and live auction packages.
This year's Harvest Moon Feast proudly honors Louis Shaban (Louis Shaban), Senior Corporate Accounts Consultant at Chef Works | BRAGARD, for his extraordinary commitment to C•CAP and the next generation of culinary professionals. A steadfast C•CAP supporter for more than 20 years, Louis has helped champion Chef Works' partnership with C•CAP, providing thousands of students with their first professional chef uniforms and helping them step into the kitchen with confidence. Louis also serves on C•CAP's Arizona Advisory Board and National Apprenticeship Advisory Council.
