Fall Cacao Ceremony, Crystal Bowl Sound Journey, & Kundalini Yoga

An intentional time to honor your summer’s harvest & prepare for reflection and rest.

This seasonal threshold invites us to reconnect with our intentions and inner rhythm in the lives we lead.

We’ll begin with a Cacao Ceremony, and go into a Kundalini Yoga practice.

Using movement, breathwork, and meditation, you’ll activate your vitality, release stagnant energy, and align with the natural flow of life force.

Bring your own mug for Elevate Mushroom Hot Chocolate, a functional blend crafted from single-origin Ghanaian cocoa and potent mushrooms - Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Maitake, Cordyceps, Chaga, Turkey Tail, and Shiitake - designed to support clarity, vitality, and heart-centered connection.

Together with a sound journey, the cacao opens the heart, enhances presence, and deepens the meditative experience.

What to bring: water, cacao mug, yoga mat, journal, & pen (your own plate & utensils if you're coming to the potluck after class).

I will be building an alter to honor the seasonal transitions, our ancestors, and the land.

Feel free to bring anything you'd like to add.

Afterwards: Join the community & bring a dish for a potluck to connect more deeply, celebrating the changing seasons.

Encouraged: Local foods that support our local farmers who help to keep our ecosystems thriving to celebrate the sacred land we live with.
