Have you ever wanted to make a broom or wonder how they are made?
Now is your chance to come out to the vineyard relax with a glass of wine and make a broom to take home.
Come spend the evening swept away in the art of broom making! Learn to make a Turkey Wing hand broom with traditional materials and tools. All the broomcorn, string and tools will be provided. The class will be taught by craftsperson Katie Bister. For the past four years Katie has been creating fun and functional pieces using a variety of materials with an emphasis on reducing waste.
