I am delighted to introduce our Yoga book for the Fall season. The Path of the Yoga Sutras by Nicolai Bachman.
As we read this accessible guide to the foundations of Yoga philosophy we will come together 3 times during this season to practice, reflect and discuss. These sessions will take place on Sundays at 6pm and will take the place of my usual Restorative Yoga class on those days.

3-Class Series: The Path of the Yoga Sutras – Living Yoga On & Off the Mat

Rooted in Nicolai Bachman’s accessible and heart-centered interpretation, this series is designed to bring the ancient teachings of yoga into your daily life.
Whether you are new to yoga philosophy or seeking to deepen your understanding, this series offers a grounded and practical approach to embodying yogic wisdom.
Class 1: Cultivating Clarity – Svādhyāya (Self-Study)
Focus: Understanding the nature of the mind and the journey inward.
Class 2: The Power of Choice – Abhyāsa & Vairāgya (Practice & Letting Go)
Focus: Building consistency while releasing attachment.
Class 3: Living Your Dharma – Kriyā Yoga (Yoga in Action)
Focus: Taking yoga off the mat into everyday life.
What to Bring:
Yoga mat, journal, copy of The Path of the Yoga Sutras (optional), and an open heart.
