An in-depth workshop for total beginner or for those looking to deepen their practice! Have you ever been the new student? Not quite sure what the teacher was saying at the front of the room or what the heck those poses were?! And what about my breath?! If you've been too intimidated to try yoga because you didn't think you'd fit in or look the part, this is the workshop for you!
Join us for this workshop April 20th from 12-3pm. We'll cover some of the basics of yoga, poses and breath. There will be lots of time for questions throughout, so come with an open mind and heart!
