Open to all residents of West St. Paul, South St. Paul, Mendota Heights, Lilydale, Sunfish Lake, and Mendota.
Donations will also be accepted at the WSP City Hall (1616 Humboldt Ave) October 2-3 between 8am-4pm.
Bring to the Swap:
- Lawn displays & décor
- Haunted house props
- Lights (must be fully functional)
- Artificial trees and wreaths
- Menorahs
- Holiday dishware & centerpieces
