Fall and Winter Wellness: Herbal Remedies Straight from Your Kitchen
About this Event
In this hands-on workshop, we’ll explore traditional uses of familiar plants such as ginger, garlic, cinnamon, thyme, rosemary, honey, and other kitchen staples for supporting the body through the colder months.
We’ll talk about simple ways to incorporate these herbs into everyday wellness, how different plants can support the body, and the traditional lore and herbal wisdom behind them.
Then we’ll put our knowledge into practice by creating a 4oz herbal honey to take home and enjoy throughout the season.
Come learn, taste, make, and discover a little more herbal magic hiding in your kitchen!
