About the Nordic Mixer
The Nordic Mixer began at the Swedish Club in April 2025 as a way to bring Seattle’s Nordic organizations and communities together. It has grown into a collaborative gathering that connects people across the Danish, Finnish, Icelandic, Norwegian, and Swedish communities—and welcomes anyone interested in Nordic culture.
The Fall 2026 Nordic Mixer is hosted by the Northwest Danish Association, in collaboration with Seattle’s Nordic community organizations, including the Finlandia Foundation – Seattle Chapter, Icelandic Club of Greater Seattle, Northwest Danish Association, Sons of Norway – Leif Erikson Lodge, and the Swedish Club.
The National Nordic Museum, Nordic Honorary Consuls, Nordic Sister Cities programs, and other friends of Nordic culture are also part of this broader network.
The goal is simple: bring Seattle’s Nordic community together, make connections, and have a great time doing it.
A Special Welcome from the Swedish Club
The Swedish Club is thrilled to welcome Nordic Mixer attendees as special guests of the Swedish Club for this special evening.
We’re delighted to open our doors and share our home with friends from across Seattle’s Nordic community. Come enjoy the Club, make new connections, and be part of an evening celebrating the vibrant Nordic community we’re proud to be a part of.
