Your Scrappin Buddies Crop Weekend Includes:
*Seat gifts
*6 ft table per crafter
*May keep your table set up all weekend long
*Fewer distractions for non-interrupted crafting
*Sit with your friends! Tables are set up in pods to make crafting more fun.

*Crop Room open from 12noon Thursday till 5pm Sunday night. Crop Room is open 24 hrs...Craft as little or as much as you want during the weekend!!!
ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES: Door Prizes, Raffles, Challenges, games and more!
Deposit Due: $50.00 is due at registration to reserve your crop room seat. Final balance is due 30 days prior to the event. (August 25th, 2026). An email/invoice will be sent out prior to final payment if there is a balance still due. If balance is not paid by due date, you forfeit your seat at the retreat with no refund.

• Credit Cards can be accepted. Please email if you would like this option and an invoice will be sent. 3.5% surcharge will be applied.
Hotel Room (optional):
If you would like to stay at the hotel for the weekend you may book a room with the hotel. You are responsible for booking your own hotel room if you would like to stay at the hotel. This is NOT required in order to participate in the crop.
A hotel room block under "Scrappin Buddies" has been secured for a discounted rate of $139.00 per night. Cut-Off Date for reserving a room for these rates is 08/25/26 (30 days before). Room Option: Queen Suite OR King Suite: Two Queens OR One King Bed in the room. Each room also does have a Queen Sleeper Sofa in separate living room. Room also includes mini refrigerator, Microwave, flat screen TV, wet bar, coffeemaker and Free WiFi.
When you book a hotel room you will also get to enjoy daily cooked-to-order breakfast and evening reception (drink coupons and snack).
